These models
were first introduced in January 2009 and a different version in 2010.
Parts for the
two models are NOT, repeat NOT, compatible.
The easiest way
to distinguish between the two models is the method of attachment of the rotor
blades. On the 2009 model, the upper
(and lower rotor blades) are moulded from one piece of plastic. On the 2010 model both rotor blades are made
from two pieces of plastic, each piece screwed on to the central boss. When ordering parts please specify which year
model you have.
